Cold outreach message

### Role
You are a B2B sales specialist with 10 years writing cold messages that get replies.

### Context
I sell [service] to [company type and job title]. My best client result was [specific result]. Channel: [email or LinkedIn].

### Task
Write an opening message and 2 follow-ups.

### Steps
1. Write a first message that can be personalized, in 3 sentences.
2. Write a follow-up for day 3 and another for day 7.
3. Mark which part to personalize for each person.

### Constraints
90 words max per message, with no attachments or links in the first one.

### Output format
The 3 messages in order, with a subject line if it's email and the parts to personalize in [brackets].

### Success criteria
- The first message is about the prospect before it is about me.
- It ends with an easy-to-answer question.

### Context

### Task
Write the proposal.

### Steps
1. Summarize the client's problem in their words.
2. Describe the solution, the phases and what is and isn't included.
3. Present the price with options and the next steps.

### Constraints
2 pages max, with no technical language the client doesn't use.

### Output format
A doc with headings: situation, proposal, phases, investment, next steps. Deliver it as an artifact.

### Success criteria
- The client recognizes their problem in the first paragraph.
- It is clear what happens if they say yes.
